User Acquisition Manager (Meta Ads)

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager (Meta) (full or part time) to own and scale paid acquisition through Facebook & Instagram Ads.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role. You’ll be responsible for building, testing, and scaling acquisition strategies that drive measurable growth across mobile apps and web funnels.
We value strong analytical thinking, creative collaboration, and clear ownership of results.

Location: Minsk/other locations
Format of work: flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote) or remotely
Employment: full or part time

• own and scale user acquisition on Meta (Facebook & Instagram);

• plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across mobile apps and web funnels;

• drive continuous experimentation with audiences, creatives, and campaign structures;

• collaborate with creative and product teams to turn insights into high-performing ads;

• monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions;

• identify growth opportunities and turn them into repeatable acquisition strategies;

• prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights.

What We Expect from You:

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing;

• strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads;

• experience working with mobile apps and/or web funnels;

• experience with subscription-based products and recurring revenue models.

• solid understanding of attribution, privacy limitations, and platform data vs MMP data;

• experience collaborating with creative teams and translating insights into clear creative briefs;

• performance-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills;

• ability to work independently and take full ownership of acquisition results;

• comfortable operating in a fast-moving, startup environment.
