About the Role
Support our Regional Sales Director in managing client relationships and sales operations in IT services and consulting. This role requires strong independent judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management (60-70%)
  • Manage portfolio of small-to-medium accounts under Director's guidance;
  • Drive reactivation of dormant accounts;
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations (30-40%)
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking in Salesforce;
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication;
  • Analyze sales data and create reports/dashboards;
  • Prepare team presentations on metrics and goals.
Must Have
  • Clear, structured, to-the-point communication;
  • Proactive mindset and strong organizational skills.

Essential

  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic environment;
  • Diplomatic cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • Data organization and visualization (Excel, charts/dashboards);
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).

Nice to Have

  • 6-18 months experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management;
  • Familiarity with IT services or consulting industry;
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM;
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
