We are looking for a smart, proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our IT Director.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, responsibility, multitasking and being a reliable right hand of a top manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing the Director’s daily schedule and priorities;

  • Preparing, coordinating and following up on meetings, calls and negotiations;

  • Supporting meetings: agendas, notes, action items, follow-ups;

  • Executing and controlling tasks assigned by the Director;

  • Communication with international partners and colleagues (written and spoken);

  • Translation and interpretation support when needed;

  • Handling small operational and personal tasks to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Requirements:

  • Higher education

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;

  • Systematic, detail-oriented and accurate approach to work;

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks;

  • Perfect English level;

  • Background or courses in Business Administration / Systems Analysis is a plus.
