Project Manager (ODoo)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of the Odoo ERP system.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of the Odoo implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals, on-time delivery, and successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Planning:

• Define project scope and objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress across all stages.

• Ensure Odoo modules meet the business needs of all departments.

Stakeholder and Team Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, Odoo consultants/partners, and technical teams.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to gather requirements and manage change requests.

System Implementation and Integration:

• Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Odoo modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Procurement, etc.).

• Ensure successful completion of data migration, system testing, and validation.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for third-party system integrations.

Risk and Quality Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

• Drive process improvement and standardization through Odoo’s functional capabilities.

Training and Change Management:

• Develop and implement training plans for end users.

• Support system adoption through documentation, workshops, and ongoing assistance.

• Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in ERP project management, preferably with Odoo.

• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and sales.

• Solid experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations (from requirements gathering to go-live and support).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Project management certification is a plus.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
