Senior DevOps Engineer

We are Getgems, a part of The Open Platform (TOP) dedicated to building experimental and innovative projects on the Telegram Mini App and Bot platform. Our portfolio includes Getgems, the leading NFT marketplace on TON, games with over 10M+ active gamers, and numerous experiments that shaped our expertise.

Join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer to shape the backbone of our NFT marketplace — scaling infrastructure, keeping things fast and reliable, and giving our devs the freedom to ship end-to-end with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on DevOps, with a share of SRE responsibilities to ensure reliability, security and performance.

• Maintain and evolve our AWS infrastructure using IaC tools in a GitOps way — we use Flux and OpenTofu.

• Collaborate with developers on infra-related tasks and support them with guidance and documentation.

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our monorepo — we use GitHub Actions and moonrepo.

• Ensure observability, participate in incident handling — we use almost the full Grafana OSS stack.

Requirements:

• Agile mindset, adaptability and focus on continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of background as DevOps/SRE.

• 3+ years of hands-on work with cloud ecosystems, with a strong focus on Kubernetes.

• Proficient in GitOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.

• Skilled in building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with at least one observability stack.
