Core Objective: Generate high-quality offline traffic and leads.
Key Responsibilities
Weekly Event/Salon Planning: Organize one event or seminar per week, focusing on themes such as:
Investment insight sharing sessions.
Introduction to US/Hong Kong stock markets.
Private sessions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
End-to-End Management: * Design event themes and session flow.
Coordinate with guest speakers.
Handle venue scouting and logistics.
Sales Collaboration: * Work with the sales team to pre-screen target audiences.
Support on-site conversion during events.
Conduct post-event reviews and data analysis (ROI/attendance rates).
Recommended Division of Labor
Strategist (1 person): Focuses on theme creation, copywriting, guest sourcing, and program flow.
Coordinator (1 person): Focuses on execution, including venue management, marketing materials (offline), check-ins, and on-site logistics.
Requirements
Execution & Communication: Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
Local Network: Familiarity with local resources in Tashkent (e.g., cafes, chambers of commerce, universities, and corporate entities).
Sales-Oriented Mindset: Ability to design events that drive business results, focusing on lead generation rather than just "hosting a party."
