Sales Manager

About the Company

Greenmoving is a professional moving company based in California, providing residential and commercial relocation services across the state. We are expanding our remote sales team and looking for a strong English-speaking Sales Manager who can handle inbound leads, provide estimates, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads from phone, website, Google Ads, Yelp, and Thumbtack
• Communicate with customers via calls, SMS, email, chats
• Collect detailed moving information (addresses, dates, inventory, stairs, packing needs, special items, parking conditions)
• Calculate moving costs using *Hourly Rate / Flat Rate*
• Prepare and send estimates via *SmartMoving CRM*
• Follow up with prospects and close deals
• Secure deposits and confirm bookings
• Update CRM: statuses, notes, lead sources, job details
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations team
• Provide excellent customer service
• Submit daily and weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Excellent English (speaking & writing)
• Proven sales experience (1+ year)
• Ability to work strictly in Pacific Time (PST) — full overnight shift. Working California time, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Preferred:

• Experience in US markets (customer support, sales, logistics)
• Knowledge of moving industry and SmartMoving CRM
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
