Legal Counsel (IT, English)

GP Solutions is looking for a qualified legal specialist to join our team as the sole in-house counsel for a group of companies.

You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization and will interact with subcontractors in various locations.

Our offices: Germany, Poland, Belarus, UAE, USA.

Working hours: from 9-10 AM till 6-7 PM

Requirements:

• minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in international law or IT;
• higher legal or economic education;
• B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+) English Level;
• German as a second foreign language is much appreciated;
• striving for development in the sphere of intellectual property rights;
• good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
• attentiveness, accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• full legal support of a HTP resident;

• review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents;
• provide legal guidance on corporate governance matters;
• working out and developing of International Economic Agreements (such as software licensing, custom software development agreement, agency agreements etc.);
• coordinate subcontractors in multiple locations;
• communication with State bodies;
• assisting accounting and HR-administration in cross-legal issues and related matters;
• company legal issues solving.
