About the position:

The main goal of Business Development Manager Apple is to drive business growth through the management and development of Apple products (iPhone). The role involves defining and executing sales, pricing, and promotional strategies, coordinating product assortment and distribution, and overseeing market research to optimize performance. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with sales channels, ensuring effective product listings and planning, as well as managing local adaptation of marketing and sales strategies for Apple products.

Key functions:

  • Define sales, pricing and promotion strategy for the assigned product groups.
  • Coordination of assortment, pricing, listing, distribution and other types of market research in the country for the assigned product groups.
  • Development and implementation of general distribution, range and pricing approach by sales channels (range, market price waterfall / food chain, bonus conditions, promotional conditions etc.)
  • Organize and control the process of local adaptation of general distribution, range and pricing approach in the country.
  • Organize and control the process of development, implementation and regular control of listing plan by customers / sales channels in the country
  • Organize and control the process of sales planning in the country. Final responsibility for the sales and supply planning for the assigned product groups.
  • Development and implementation of general and promotional strategy, ATL and BTL range promotion plan including but not limited advertising ATL and BTL, merchandising, POSM placement, demonstrators’ teams in retail, joints promotions with customers etc.
  • Coordination of legal, logistics, adaptation and all other types of questions related.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in product management, sales, marketing, preferably within the tech or consumer electronics industry, smartphones.
  • Experience working directly with vendors, negotiating terms, and managing vendor relationships. English – C1
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Experience in managing product assortments, distribution, and market research.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
