In our affiliate program, we're looking for the Head of the Streamers Academy!
Responsibilities:
- Develop the overall strategy and roadmap for building and launching Streamers Academy.
- Design the full curriculum framework, from beginner to advanced streamer pathways.
- Recruit and manage instructors, creators, and subject-matter experts involved in course production.
- Oversee course content creation, including scripts, lessons, templates, and educational resources.
- Lead the development of the online learning platform in collaboration with developers or LMS providers.
- Define and implement the platform’s core features (user experience, community, progress tracking, events).
- Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality course production.
- Develop and execute the academy launch plan, including marketing and student onboarding processes.
- Establish ongoing student support and community engagement systems (moderation, Q&A, events).
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (enrollment, engagement, completion, revenue) to improve the academy over time.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in building or managing online education programs, digital academies, or EdTech products or launching an online courses.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in curriculum design and digital learning methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (designers, editors, educators, developers).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
