We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the school’s technological vision, driving digital transformation, managing risks, and ensuring staff engagement and digital literacy.
Build a unified digital ecosystem by consolidating systems and setting architectural principles, data models, integration standards, and IAM.
Ensure reliable IT operations, including infrastructure, support, ITSM processes, IT asset lifecycle, and overall service quality.
Select, implement, and manage core technology platforms and vendors, overseeing SLAs, DPAs, and technology risks.
Lead internal development and project delivery, managing backlog, roadmap, requirements, timelines, testing, and prioritization across the IT portfolio.
Maintain information security and compliance, ensuring GDPR adherence, implementing IAM/MDM/DRP/BCP, and managing backup strategy.
Develop and lead the IT team, establishing clear responsibilities and fostering a culture of high service quality and technological maturity.
Candidate Profile:
7–10+ years of experience in IT management, including roles such as Head of IT, CTO, or CIO.
Experience working in organizations of 150+ employees.
Strong background in ITSM, system architecture, and information security.
Experience managing development and complex IT projects.
Experience implementing ERP/SIS/LMS or other large platforms.
Proven track record in change management.
