Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses using a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications. Company owns and promotes the technology of hardware cold-wallet for digital assets with secure and simple UX in 220 countries today. Our customers enjoy setup time within 1 minute with the ultimate security level for digital assets on their wallet. Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.

Now Tangem is rapidly evolving from a hardware leader into a self-custody powerhouse. We now cover payments (Tangem Pay), swaps, staking, yield, and more—building a neobank-like experience where users retain full control over their money.

We are looking for a Special Projects Manager/Brand Activations Manager to join the Communications team. You will be our "Swiss Army Knife" for organic growth—the person who designs and executes viral campaigns, PR stunts, and gamified experiences that create noise on Crypto Twitter and beyond.

Your Mission

To turn our narrative into viral action. You will take a core message (like "self-custody is the only safe path") or a new feature launch (like "native stablecoin yield") and wrap it in a creative, gamified, or headline-grabbing activation that drives massive organic engagement.

What You Will Do

  • Viral Architect: You think beyond standard ads. Whether it’s a sharp satirical activation (think Coinbase’s "Chocolate" campaign), a 360 digital takeover, or a viral community campaign, you know how to create moments that grab the right people’s attention.
  • Gamify Experiences: You understand that crypto users love incentives. You design the mechanics for airdrops, trading competitions, and quests to drive actual user behavior and not just bot volume. You can write a whole thesis on Monad's airdrop campaign.
  • Leverage Physical Edge: You see our physical products as a marketing superpower. You will leverage them for рhygital dominance, creating scarcity-driven drops, artist collaborations, offline activations, and more.
  • Reactive Marketing: You live on Crypto Twitter. You monitor the narrative and spin up campaigns that insert Tangem into the trending conversation before it becomes too late.
  • Producer Mindset: You leverage our design, product, and social teams to execute high-fidelity assets, but the blueprint is yours. You define the user flow, draft the narrative, and set the mechanics yourself, ensuring we execute at the speed of the market.

Who You Are

  • Crypto Native: You know every micro-trend on CT. You know why it’s brand tokens one week and perps trading the next. You know how that psychology operates.
  • Creative + Analytical: You can come up with a experimental PR stunt (Creative), but you also know how to calculate if the campaign is efficient (Analytical).
  • Track Record: You can show us specific examples: "I designed this campaign, X,000 people participated, here is how I hacked the growth."

Experience

  • 3+ years in high-growth Crypto/Fintech marketing
  • Proven experience executing campaigns with high viral coefficients (referral programs, guerrilla marketing stunts)
  • Fluent English with a talent for punchy, non-corporate copywriting
