Order management specialist

• Complete order management process: order reception, preparation and approval of design files, order placement into the system, monitor delivery date, coordinate goods shipment, invoice issuance and payments collection.

• Control each order stage and update customers about the current status.

• Prompt communication regarding any order-related questions from customers.

• Support the sales team in administrative and operational tasks.

• Interaction with the designers, logistics, accounting, and laboratory departments.

• Handle complaints and objections.

• Maintain documentation and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in CRM and ERP systems.

• The role is NOT related to direct sales or logistics.

• Excellent communication skills in Russian (C2) and English (C1), both written and verbal.

• Experience working in an international company with ERP systems and order management processes.

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and accuracy in handling order data.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment.

• Polite and professional communication style.

• Positive mindset, customer-oriented and proactive approach, and high stress tolerance.

• Ability to resolve customer service–related issues effectively.

• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced and challenging environment (strong psychological resilience).

• Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in daily tasks.

• Ability to work autonomous and as part of a team.

• Employment contract: permanent.

• Probation period: 3 months.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

• Location: office in a business center, 10 minutes from Hamid Olimjon Metro Station.
