Legal intern

• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements (e.g., supply, service, forwarding, transportation, lease, license, distribution).
• Support in the analysis of legal risks and preparation of disagreement protocols.
• Conduct research on legal issues, including legislation updates in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Help with drafting responses to inquiries from government authorities and ensure legal compliance.
• Participate in preparation of claims, letters, and legal correspondence.
• Assist in reviewing tender documentation and standard contracts of state enterprises and national companies.
• Support negotiations and correspondence with partners and counterparties under supervision.
• Provide legal support and advice on current legislation, under guidance.

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Law from a recognized university.

• Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, and contract law in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good research skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Kazakh and Russian; English is a plus.

• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
