As an Amazon Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our product listings, running targeted advertising campaigns, and implementing SEO strategies to boost sales of our children's toys on Amazon (primarily in the US market). This role requires a data-driven approach to maximize ROI, enhance brand visibility, and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Amazon PPC advertising campaigns, to drive traffic and conversions for our toy products.

  • Optimize product listings with keyword research, compelling copy, high-quality images, and A+ Content to improve search rankings.

  • Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations for Amazon listings.

  • Analyze performance metrics using Amazon Seller Central tools, Helium, and other platforms to refine strategies and report on key KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, conversion rates, and organic rankings.

  • Manage inventory promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns tailored to the US market.

  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging video ads, infographics, and social media tie-ins that promote our toys on Amazon.

  • Stay updated on Amazon algorithm changes, advertising trends, and toy industry regulations (e.g., child safety standards like ASTM and CPSIA).

  • Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation in the competitive children's toy market.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon marketing, with a proven track record of managing PPC campaigns and driving sales growth on the platform.

  • Strong expertise in SEO for e-commerce, including keyword research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and optimization techniques specific to Amazon.

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, and related analytics tools.

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

  • Experience in the children's toy or consumer goods industry is highly preferred, with an understanding of parent-targeted marketing and seasonal trends.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and A/B testing to optimize campaigns.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
