We are looking for a senior professional to drive the development and expansion of the Beauty specialists channel across 10 markets in Central Eurasia. The role focuses on strategic growth, strengthening market presence and unlocking new commercial opportunities across both online and offline channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the channel growth strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities across all 10 markets
- Lead commercial performance: drive sustainable sales growth, monitor KPIs, and ensure strong budget discipline
- Build and expand partnerships with key retailers and channel players; onboard new clients to increase market reach
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Category, Marketing, and Business Planning teams to ensure aligned execution
- Lead and develop a team, providing coaching, direction, and support to enhance overall capability and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven relevant experience in beauty industry in channel development or commercial strategy
- Strong background in business development and driving category/channel growth
- Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across markets
- Experience in building and maintaining retail or partner relationships
- Strong leadership skills: people development, strategic thinking and ownership mindset
- Innovative, collaborative and results-oriented approach
- Advanced level of English
