GiftBasketsOverseas (GBO) is looking for a Corporate Sales Team Manager to lead our global B2B sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing team that thrives during peak seasons. What You’ll Lead & Own
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Build and execute the corporate sales channel strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Strengthen retention and grow existing corporate accounts.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Fulfillment, and Catalog teams to elevate corporate offerings and smooth operations.
- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs.
- Drive data-based decision-making for pipeline health and forecasting.
Team & People Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support the Corporate Sales team to meet and exceed goals.
- Run effective 1:1s, training sessions, and performance development plans.
- Hire and ramp new team members; build quarterly enablement plans to increase win rates.
- Maintain strong morale, collaboration, and accountability.
Peak Season Leadership
- Build staffing plans, outreach calendars, and peak-season playbooks.
- Ensure the corporate pipeline is locked early and teams are fully prepared.
- Review post-season performance and implement lessons learned.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day corporate sales operations: inboxes, deals, SLAs, communication standards.
- Reduce “lost deals” through better process, messaging, and handoffs.
- Drive clear, documented SOPs and run effective corporate sales meetings.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from quote to delivery.

Experience
What You Bring
Essential
- 4–10+ years in B2B Sales, Customer Operations, or Service Delivery.
- 2+ years leading teams in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build real rapport with clients and teams.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal) and ticketing tools.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, seasonal business environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.
- Excellent English (written & spoken).
Preferred
- Experience in global gifting, e-commerce, or logistics.
- Fluent in Russian, Spanish, or Portuguese.
- Familiarity with guidelines/operations documentation.
- Background in strategic account management or sales channel development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
