We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist who will join our company.
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across:
Search
Demand Gen
Google Display Network
Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis;
Develop and test ad copy and creatives;
Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, quality score, impression share, and ROAS;
Monitor campaign KPIs and performance daily;
A/B test campaigns and scale winning assets;
Collaborate with design/content team for visual assets aligned with targeting goals;
Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices;
Identify opportunities to reduce wasted ad spend and increase profit.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Demand Gen, Display);
Proven track record in generating measurable results;
Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, keyword match types, segmentation, and audience signals;
Ability to analyze & interpret data to make performance decisions;
Experience with A/B testing (ad copy, demographics, creatives, placements);
Strong copywriting understanding for high-CTR ads;
Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and meet performance goals.
