Why We’re Hiring:
We need a specialist with deep experience and case studies in LinkedIn content, paid campaigns, and automated lead generation — not a general SMM manager, but a LinkedIn platform expert who can run best-in-class outreach, message flows, and engagement across both personal and company profiles.
Role Mission:
Own and operate our dual LinkedIn profiles (company and founder/leadership), engineer content and messaging to attract, nurture, and qualify B2B manufacturing leads and partners. You’ll build and iterate on paid ad campaigns, run advanced automation/lead gen flows, manage SPI integration and work closely with sales to drive qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns: organic content, paid ads, custom message sequences, and automated lead gen funnels.
- Manage and grow both company and personal leadership profiles — building authority, audience, and engagement in manufacturing/industrial/CPQ sectors.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Zopto, Dux-Soup, or similar), and SPI integrations to enhance and scale outreach.
- Craft high-converting message scripts, nurture flows, and content sequences tailored for CXO, Director, and channel/partner personas.
- Launch sponsored posts, InMail, carousel/video campaigns; optimize spend and conversions against cost-per-lead goals.
- Analyze LinkedIn analytics, dashboard metrics, and adapt cadence/content strategy weekly.
- Own regular reporting: campaign starts, connection/request rates, demo bookings, and organic/paid pipeline creation.
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years’ hands-on experience building and scaling LinkedIn campaigns (content, paid, lead gen) for B2B, ideally SaaS/technology.
- Proven case studies (must show successful LinkedIn lead gen campaigns, personal/company page growth, high-engagement messaging or SNavigator integrations).
- Fluent, advanced English (writing & messaging).
- Deep familiarity with automation for LinkedIn: outreach, messaging sequences, SPI/company stack.
- Track record working solo in fast-moving SaaS/startup context — full cycle delivery.
- Comfort building, writing, and reporting with founders and sales execs.
