Expert Soft is an outsourcing IT company specializing in web development for major corporations in Europe and the USA. We operate in domains such as e-commerce, fintech, and healthcare, with a portfolio that includes clients like Gucci, Clarks, and National Pen.
We aim to grow our client base and sales, that’s why we are planning to expand our Sales Department and are looking for an SDR to join our team. A specialist who can identify potential clients among numerous leads, engage them, and facilitate meetings with our Sales Executive.
As our SDR, you will benefit from an organized CRM system, responsive marketing colleagues, and solid accumulated expertise.
What you will need to do:
- Engage in dialogues (via LinkedIn, messaging apps, and email) with potential clients from initial contact to meeting scheduling, ensuring a smooth handover to the Sales Executive.
- Persistently follow up with leads while building trustful relationships.
- Test various hypotheses in email and intro messages.
- Collaborate with marketing to analyze and develop communication strategies for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, prioritizing leads for personalized engagement.
- Be available for client communication during evening hours: several times per week around 11 PM (Minsk time) or following an individual evening schedule due to working with the Western market.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and generate content for lead generation together with the marketing team.
- Maintain systematic reporting on client interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to adapt sales processes accordingly.
What you need to have:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with aspirations for further development in this field.
- Ability to create cold outreach sequences that engage even the most indifferent leads.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong objection-handling skills (e.g., “I’m not interested.”).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Desire for professional growth within a dynamic sales & marketing team.
