Finance Manager

Position: Financial Manager

We are a small European representative office that has been active in the market for over 10 years. All operational processes are outsourced, and the company is currently undergoing significant process transformation. We are looking for a Financial Manager to oversee our financial operations and directly report to our European headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all financial processes of the representative office

• Coordinate with external accounting and financial service providers

• Support and drive financial aspects of ongoing transformation and process improvement projects

• Monitor budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports for the European office

• Ensure compliance with local and corporate financial policies

• Provide financial insights to support management decisions

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance

• Experience working with outsourced financial and accounting services is an advantage

• Experience with process transformation or change management is a plus

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)

• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a small, flexible international environment
