Email Marketing Automation Associate/Specialist

For 14 years, we’ve been providing IT services to large international clients in the media industry, as well as startups in healthcare, education, and e-commerce. Most of our clients are from the US and Canada.

We are looking for an Email Marketing Automation Specialist to work on campaigns in Marketo and other email marketing tools. We run campaigns for international clients – from content promotion to webinars and events marketing support.

You will work with pre-existing email templates, adapt content to specific campaigns, and support our current system. Onboarding will be smooth – our specialist will help you get up to speed quickly.

What you’ll do:

• Create and send promotional emails (webinars, events, content).

• Build short post-event nurture sequences.

• Conduct A/B testing of emails.

• Support live-event campaigns (save-the-date, reminders, etc.).

• Use and adapt Marketo templates for campaign needs.

• Ensure consistent branding across all communications.

• Manage email lists and segmentation.

• Maintain data hygiene and accuracy.

• Plan email deployments for different projects.

• Set up and maintain token systems.

• Track basic campaign performance and metrics.

• Perform minor troubleshooting in Marketo.

What we expect:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.

• English B2+ — communication and documentation fully in English.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating email templates.

• Understanding of email marketing automation, segmentation, and trigger-based campaigns.

• Responsibility, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with email marketing tools or automation systems: Mailchimp, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.

• Experience with tokens, dynamic content, and A/B testing.

• Basic understanding of email campaign analytics.
