Procurement Engineer (UAE)

Our partner is a leading construction company delivering landmark aviation infrastructure projects across the UAE. With expertise in designing and building aircraft maintenance hangars (MRO) at key hubs such as Dubai World Central (DWC) and Al Maktoum International Airport, the company combines global know-how, proven quality traditions, and uncompromising engineering standards.

As the business expands, we are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join the team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• review drawings, specs, and material take-offs (MTO);

• manage procurement of construction materials end-to-end;

• prepare RFQs, analyze bids, control budgets;

• lead negotiations and contracts;

• coordinate with engineering, logistics, planning, and contracts teams;

• mitigate supply risks and develop contingency solutions.

Requirements:

• degree in construction or a related field;

• 4+ years of proven procurement experience in a similar role;

• confident with drawings, numbers, and calculations;

• strong knowledge of construction materials market in UAE / Middle East;

• fluent English (C1+), Arabic a plus;

• detail-oriented, accurate with documentation and financials.
