We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, working directly with clients to deliver competitive solution proposals across multiple business domains. This role also demands advanced communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to excel in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze high-level client requirements and develop comprehensive functional solution visions
  • Understand technology capabilities and limitations to inform solution recommendations
  • Conduct project assessments for medium-scale projects (100-500K), plan project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Stay current with technological trends and market developments
  • Prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with technical experts

Required Qualifications:

Core Competencies:

  • Fluent English proficiency in both written correspondence and verbal communication
  • Strong presentation and client-facing communication abilities
  • 3+ years in solution consulting, technical sales, or client-facing roles
  • Domain expertise in at least one business vertical with current market knowledge: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing

Technical & Business Acumen:

  • Current knowledge of industry challenges, client expectations, and competitive solutions landscape
  • Proven experience in project estimation for medium-scale initiatives
  • Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities

Personal Attributes:

  • High level of proactivity and self-direction
  • Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs
  • Master degree in relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.)
