We specialize in multimodal and railway transportation for the mining, metallurgy, industrial, and high-risk cargo sectors, including oversized, hazardous, and controlled goods.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Railway Logistics Senior Specialist. This position combines operational control, partner coordination, and data-driven logistics planning to ensure smooth and cost-effective rail transportation between China and Kazakhstan.

Areas of responsibility
• Organize and control rail freight transportation across China
• Coordinate daily operations with Chinese partners, agents, and clients to ensure smooth logistics processes
• Prepare and conclude service contracts with logistics providers
• Monitor service quality, delivery deadlines, and cost efficiency
• Conduct site visits to partner terminals and facilities when required
• Prepare analytical and operational reports, cost calculations, and commercial offers (quotations)
• Manage document flow, ensuring timely submission of primary documents to accounting
• Participate in company logistics projects and propose process improvements

What do we expect
• Minimum 3 years of experience in rail or international logistics
• Strong knowledge of the Kazakhstan railway legislation and international transport conventions
• Understanding of the Chinese rail freight market
• Proficiency in 1C and Rail Tariff systems
• Higher education in Logistics, Transport Operations, Economics, or Mathematics
• Chinese language — Intermediate level or higher (required)
• Fluent Russian; English proficiency is an advantage
• Graduates of Chinese universities are preferred
