We specialize in multimodal and railway transportation for the mining, metallurgy, industrial, and high-risk cargo sectors, including oversized, hazardous, and controlled goods.

We are looking for an experienced Partner Relations Specialist (Pricing Department) responsible for developing and maintaining a global partner network, analyzing freight rates, and optimizing pricing across multimodal logistics (air, road, rail, and sea), combining analytical expertise, commercial negotiation, and international communication.

Position: Partner Relations Specialist (Pricing Department)

Areas of responsibility
• Search for and attract new logistics partners and agents worldwide
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners
• Process partner rate requests for multimodal transportation (air, road, rail, and sea)
• Collect, compare, and analyze freight rates from partners to determine the most competitive offers
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts with subcontractors
• Maintain and regularly update the partner registry/database
• Collaborate with internal departments and regional offices on pricing coordination
• Prepare regular reports on processed requests and partner performance
• Work with corporate systems such as TMS and Documentolog (EDMS) for document management and pricing data input

What do we expect
• University degree and relevant professional certification
• At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or freight forwarding company
• English – B2 level or higher
• Confident PC user, strong Excel skills, experience with TMS/CRM systems
• Strong analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proactive, responsible, and able to handle multiple requests simultaneously​​​​​​​

• Work schedule 5/2: 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00, optional choice
