We are looking dynamic Commercial Manager in sustainable EdTech company dedicated to nurturing expert thinkers. This role is a perfect fit for a hands-on individual who can both develop and implement strategy while also executing day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial business plan (both sales and marketing) to achieve specific growth targets.
- Oversee all marketing activities to clarify product offerings and execute campaigns.
- Drive sales from lead generation to after-sales support.
- Leverage a definite educational network to identify new business opportunities and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Manage overall commercial operations to meet expansion plans.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute the commercial business plan.
- Conduct market research, stay on top of market trends, and build strategic stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the commercial budget and report on progress directly to the SEO.
Qualifications:
- Proven commercial management experience, with a strong background in the EdTech sector.
- An existing and well-established professional network within the educational community.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- A genuine passion for education.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
