Обязанности:
  • Preparation of daily reports and support to the direct manager
  • Communication with employees, guests, and clients while maintaining business etiquette
  • Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Working with Excel, numbers, and basic analytics
  • Printing, scanning, and performing general office administrative tasks
  • Assisting with logistics – coordination of employee pick-up and drop-off
Требования:
  • Work schedule: 6x1 (08:00–16:00 or 12:00–20:00)
  • Start date: As soon as possible (the candidate should be currently available)
  • Experience in an administrative or similar position – mandatory
  • Confident user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (Intermediate level or higher)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Proactive, energetic, and responsible personality
