We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Retention Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they stay engaged and satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone to resolve issues and provide support
Identify customer concerns and work to prevent churn
Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements to increase satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous experience in retention is a plus (Financial sphere)
Multilingual abilities are a bonus (especially English, French, Spanish, etc.)
English minimum B2
