Candidate Requirements

• Higher education in economics;

• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of NSBU (National Accounting Standards of Uzbekistan);

• Excellent knowledge of Uzbekistan’s tax legislation;

• At least 5 years of recent experience in accounting;

• Proven experience in preparing annual financial, tax, and special reports;

• Fluent and accurate command of Russian and English languages (C1 level).

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee accounting for company clients;

• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of department staff;

• Conduct regular internal audits to identify and resolve issues;

• Communicate with clients on service quality and performance;

• Develop internal policies and procedures;

• Maintain full accounting and tax records for assigned clients;

• Liaise with regulatory and tax authorities;

• Prepare and submit tax and financial reports.
