Client Relations Manager (Real Estate)

Our partner is a leading real estate development and brokerage company with a strong business reputation in the UAE market. The company operates according to international standards, where every transaction is the result of precise processes, transparent communication, and exceptional client service.

To support ongoing business growth, the company is expanding its client department and opening a position for a Client Manager – a key role responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, CRM efficiency, and a high standard of client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• building structured outbound and follow-up communications with clients to maintain interest and engagement;

• ensuring accuracy and relevance of CRM data, maintaining a minimum of 95% completeness;

• coordinating and confirming meetings with clients, monitoring attendance and outcomes;

• preparing weekly reports on calls, meetings, and sales pipeline performance;

• collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless data flow and consistent feedback exchange.

Requirements:

• experience in client service or sales for at least 6 months (motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply);

• english proficiency at B2 level or higher;

• strong organizational thinking, accountability, and result orientation;

• attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and adherence to service standards.
