We’re looking for an experienced leader who will define and drive our global hiring strategy. This person will oversee all recruitment operations, build scalable hiring processes, lead an international team of recruiters, and partner closely with business leaders to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and with high quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy in line with the company’s growth plans
- Create and scale recruitment processes to support hiring in different regions and for different roles (product, technology, operations, etc.)
- Lead and mentor an international team of recruiters
- Manage OKRs, budgets, and headcount planning for recruitment
- Analyze and optimize the recruitment funnel, conversion rates, and time to hire
- Collaborate with division and department leaders to determine staffing needs and hiring priorities
- Facilitate collaboration between the recruitment team, HRBPs, and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Ensure data integrity and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection methodologies
- Implement and manage recruitment analytics dashboards and SLA monitoring
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand in all key markets
- Create a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process
- Launch and monitor referral programs and talent community initiatives
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in recruitment, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience managing distributed teams and hiring across multiple countries
- Proven success in building scalable hiring systems and improving recruitment metrics
- Strong understanding of data-driven recruiting, HR analytics, and recruitment technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent both Russian and English
