International partnerships and ecosystem analysis manager - Startup & Venture

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Research and Analysis Manager to join the Startup & Venture Ecosystem Development team at IT Park Uzbekistan.
This role is focused on driving international visibility and partnerships, ensuring Uzbekistan’s active participation in global rankings and reports, and developing a strong analytical foundation for strategic decisions in the startup and venture ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven development, ecosystem growth, and building bridges between Uzbekistan’s startup community and the global innovation landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Innovation Management, or related field.

• Strong understanding of startup and venture ecosystems, innovation indicators, and global rankings (e.g., Global Innovation Index, GSEI, GSER, etc).

• Proven experience in research, data analysis, and report writing.

• Excellent command of English (C1+) and Uzbek/Russian.

• Ability to work with government, international organizations, and startup ecosystem stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analytical studies on the startup and venture ecosystem of Uzbekistan and other countries.

• Lead the preparation of national reports, datasets, and inputs for global indexes and innovation rankings.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with international ecosystem builders and analytical institutions.

• Coordinate participation of Uzbekistan in global startup and innovation rankings (e.g., GII, GSEI, GSER, etc).

• Support policy recommendations and strategy papers for ecosystem development.

• Create analytical dashboards and periodic ecosystem reports (investments, startups, programs, etc.).

• Represent IT Park at negotiations and meetings on international level related to startup and innovation ecosystems.

Would be a plus

• Prior experience in international organizations, VCs, or startup accelerators.

• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

• Understanding of venture capital trends and startup funding mechanisms.

• Established network in the global startup ecosystem.
