About the Role
We’re hiring a Strategic Social Media Manager, someone who understands that social media is not just about content, but about results.
You’ll fully own the social media process for several brands in the logistics industry:
from strategy and content direction to reporting and improvement.
This is a performance-driven and proactive role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and takes accountability for results, not just tasks.
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Direction:

Build and execute social media strategies for multiple brands (official + HR accounts).

Align platforms with clear business goals — growth, lead generation, hiring, or brand trust.

Translate marketing campaigns into actionable content calendars.
Content Quality & Execution:

Take ownership of content quality, visuals, messaging, and tone.

Ensure every post meets brand standards, has purpose, and drives engagement.

Review and approve final creatives before posting.

Audit all accounts weekly for consistency and brand alignment.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

Track social media and industry trends weekly.

Propose and test new content formats, ideas, or storytelling styles.

Research competitors and continuously elevate our creative direction.
Reporting & Optimization:

Deliver clear weekly/monthly reports with insights and next-step actions.

Track performance per platform: engagement, reach, CTR, conversions.

Recommend process and content improvements based on data.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in SMM or social media strategy (multi-brand experience preferred).

Proven results and case studies (growth, engagement, or conversion success).

Strong understanding of analytics, trends, and creative workflows.

Ability to manage multiple accounts with consistency and precision.

Confident with tools like Asana, Notion, Trello, or ClickUp.

Fluent in Russian/Uzbek, intermediate English.
