Responsibilities:
  - Assist office clients and respond to their inquires.
  - Arrange visitors’ access and issue access cards.
  - Answer the incoming calls and forwarded when required.
  - Coordinate between office clients and helpdesk when needed.
  - Manage and sort carriers and Logistic & Delivery
  - Report activities as per the guideline /Job requirements
  - Maintain communication with security.
  - May be asked to support other work areas (this may include, but is not limited to cross training)
  - Perform other duties as assigned, individually or in a group
  - Ability to enforce and comply with HSE (Health & Safety Environment) standard.
  - Reporting tampering and violation
  
 Relationships with Asset Management.
 Receptionist Business Centre will work closely with various departments.
  - Work closely with tenant relations to ensure that work procedures the way it should be.
  - Ensure safety procedures are in place and report any violation.
  - Participate and assist marketing events and campaigns if any.
  - Managing tenants’ inquiries, work permits, and delivery.
  
 Requirements:
  - Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  - Min of 2 years previous guest service, Hospitality, office reception experience
  - Office work and document managements
  - Excellent written and verbal communication in Kazakh, Russian, English
  - Problem-solving skills
  - Advanced computer skills
  - Be Friendly, approachable, honest and trustworthy.
  - Flexible in working in shifts and hours.
  - Have positive attitude & always smile.
