Junior SAP Consultant

We are looking for a Junior SAP Consultant to join our team. We will teach you everything we know about SAP and help you grow in the field. No work experience is required!

What does a Consultant do?

An SAP Consultant helps companies configure, implement and support their business processes. Their job is to translate business needs into SAP solutions and connect the technical side (developers, system setup) and the business side (product managers, engineers).

Required skills:

• English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+), excellent speaking skills to participate in meetings with English-speaking customers.

• Ability to create and maintain structured documentation, including functional specifications, test cases, and migration logs.

• Basic knowledge of IT concepts: IT project delivery process, tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.), and methodologies.

• Higher education in IT, engineering, economics or a related technical field.

• Business Analysis skills (communication with stakeholders to define business process flows), either from work experience or university.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of SAP products, or experience with any other ERP/CRM systems as an end user or a key user.

• Conceptual understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related processes, for example: product data and document management, material and specification creation, formulation and recipe development, change management, product compliance and sustainability (including packaging and recyclability), product release, and lifecycle reporting.

• Product Marketing/SMM skills (creation of marketing and demo assets like product tours, demo scripts and walkthrough videos).

• Knowledge and/or experience with Figma / Canva / graphic design and video editing tools.

• Experience of participating in international projects.

• German B2, clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Learn from experts. Develop your SAP skills through mentoring and hands-on training in SAP PLM, IPD, and RDP solutions.

• Configure and test SAP systems. Support setup, customization, and testing of SAP solutions for real business scenarios.

• Document processes. Record and describe business flows, test results, and create demo and training materials.

• Support demos and marketing. Help prepare SAP product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs for internal and external use.

• Collaborate with teams. Work with consultants, developers, and product managers to translate business needs into SAP solutions.

• Engage with customers. Later, join client meetings and workshops to collect requirements and support solution design.

• Contribute to pre-sales. Assist in creating proposals, demo sessions, and presentations for potential clients.

• Participate in global projects. Be open to international collaboration and travel for events and workshops.
