Project Manager

In this role, you will lead high-impact projects, work with different teams, and implement solutions that drive technological advancements. Ideal candidates are adept at navigating fast-paced environments, prioritizing effectively, and executing large-scale projects with precision.

Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality products that meet customer needs and closing projects is main responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the on-budget, on-time execution of multi-stream projects

• Track and report project KPIs, including evolving KPIs, to support requirements and manage risks

• Report status and escalate blocking issues in a timely manner to project board

• Monitor and maintain high client satisfaction scores, including actively seeking regular feedback from users

• Support pre-sales for scoping and estimation of new project work

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• Demonstrated Project Management core skills including backlog management, communication planning, roadmap planning and tracking, estimation, risk management, facilitation, scheduling & budgeting, and quality management

• Strong communicator able to adapt message to your audience

• Strong negotiation skills able to identify key interests and find mutually beneficial solutions

• Client-centric mentality with demonstrated ability to identify and set priorities for your teams based on client business priorities

• Ability to delegate and monitor results of decision-making within your teams

• Experience in managing engagements of 20+ people

• Stay up to date and have first experience applying Generative AI

• Experience working in one or more of the following industries: finance, telecommunications or IT consulting
• Always close project mentality
