Looking for a bilingual virtual assistant (Russian and English), very flexible part-time remote job.

This job is flexible part-time and REMOTE! You can work anywhere as long as you live in Almaty.

I am an entrepreneur living in Toronto, Canada. I am the co-founder of an AI startup and I’m looking for someone who can help me manage both work and personal tasks since I have very limited time. In this role, you will help me achieve my long-term goals. I need someone with an individual and proactive attitude.

This job is an opportunity to learn and grow alongside an entrepreneur in the AI field, but small part of this job can be a repetitive manual data entry.

It's very convenient job because it's flexible in terms of time and remote, you can work anytime and only need to get on meetings with me once in a while in the morning or evening. You need to live in Almaty.

A few example goals I want to meet: grow my professional network, create unique content on social media, live a healthier lifestyle, help my relatives when I am not available, etc...

Selected skills (not all required):

  • Organization, patience, and communication skills

  • Analytical skills and critical thinking

  • Sales experience is highly valuable, as well as marketing and copywriting

  • Fluency in Russian and English

  • Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools

  • Image and video editing skills for content creation

  • Willingness to use the latest AI and productivity tools

  • Driving license and a personal vehicle might get handy too, but not required

Compensation:
There will be a base fixed rate (weekly or monthly), plus hourly pay for additional variable work. The rate can be discussed during the interview.

Main responsibilities:

  • Booking travel arrangements

  • Conducting research (e.g. productivity tools) and reports

  • Managing email, scheduling, and calendar

  • Assisting with manual data entry

  • Responding to personal messages (e.g. WhatsApp)

  • Creating social media content (X.com, LinkedIn, Instagram) in English

  • LinkedIn outreach

  • Occasionally assisting my relatives in Almaty (e.g. meeting someone, giving a ride, etc.)

Work format: remote, with a flexible schedule.
