We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will support an entrepreneur with daily personal and household tasks and ensure smooth organization of everyday life.
Work format: Remote, working in the New York time zone (EST)
Responsibilities:
* Managing personal schedule, coordinating appointments and family activities
* Travel arrangements: booking flights, hotels, transfers, planning itineraries
* Support with children-related tasks (school, events, extracurriculars, schedules, logistics)
* Coordinating household tasks: services, deliveries, home maintenance
* Personal shopping and online orders
* Booking appointments (medical, beauty, etc.)
* Organizing and maintaining personal documents
* Running personal errands and resolving daily household requests
Requirements:
* Experience working as a personal assistant
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Fluent English and Russian (spoken and written)
* Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
* Proactive, independent, solution-oriented approach
* High level of confidentiality, reliability, and discretion
