Legal Specialist

Our client, an international company, is looking for Legal Specialist:

Job responsibilities:
- Conclusion, amendment and termination of contracts (general construction contract, design, designer supervision, CIW, construction supervision, lease of land plots, contracts for performing the functions of a technical customer, services, contract, supply, purchase and sale, insurance, etc.). Negotiations with contractors.
- Land and legal issues: amendments to the general plan, removal of encumbrances from land plots, support for obtaining development plan for a land plot. Registration of property rights to land plots and real estate objects. Support of real estate transactions (purchase and sale, lease of land plots, support of cadastral works, mortgage, establishment of easements). Changing the category of land plots, the type of permitted use. Land surveying, state cadastral registration, division, clarification of borders.
- Work with authorities of Rosreestr, BTI, architecture, cadastral engineer. Execution of initial permits for construction. Obtaining construction permits, approvals, conclusions.
- Support of EP (Engineering, Procurement) contracts, agreement of contract terms with Russian and foreign partners, conclusion of NDA, examination of contracts, risk mitigation.
- Analysis of the company's transactions for the need to obtain corporate approvals in accordance with corporate procedures.
- Claim work.
- Participation in audits, inspections carried out by regulatory and supervisory authorities.
- Development of new standard forms of contracts.
- Participation in the development and updating of corporate policies and procedures.
- Control over availability of standard corporate requirements in contracts concluded by the company.

Requirements:
- Higher legal education
- Work experience from 5 years (preferably in large international companies)
- Good knowledge of civil legislation, legislation in the field of real estate, construction, customs law.
- Experience in construction projects and supply of imported equipment
- Responsibility, diligence, sociability, stress resistance, initiative, attention to details
- Confident user of MS Office, Garant
- English Intermediate - Upper Intermediate (work with bilingual documents, correspondence in English, participation in calls) is required

Conditions:
- Work schedule - 4 days a week (0.8 rate), in the future it is possible to increase the load to the full-time rate
