Financial Operations manager (IT startup)

Company: Gradient- mobile app for editing photos and videos using AI The most downloaded app in the world per month in 2019 and 2020 Best of 2019 among apps according to Apple

Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage payroll, banking, and invoice processing to ensure timely payments
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including filing and reporting requirements
- Handle legal matters related to contracts, intellectual property, employment law, and company policies
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed to address specific legal issues

Qualifications:

-Residency in the United States is mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting/corporate finance
- Proficiency in financial analysis
- Experience in interacting with accounting and legal professionals.
- Worked with English-language legal documents and is familiar with Anglo-American legal system
- C1-C2 English Level
