Core Responsibilities
The whole cycle management of office space
- Coordinate office space lease negotiation, contract signing and renewal management, optimize space layout design and decoration project supervision.
- Dock the property management company and coordinate the daily maintenance, security, energy consumption management and the implementation of environmental sanitation standards.
- Formulate maintenance specifications for office environment (such as green plant layout, air quality and facility maintenance), and organize regular inspections
2. Asset life cycle management
- Responsible for furniture, equipment, office supplies procurement and supplier management, and establish a standardized procurement process and cost control mechanism. Implement asset warehousing, registration, allocation and scrap disposal, ensure that the accounts are consistent with the facts and make regular inventory.
- Supervise the facility maintenance plan (such as equipment warranty and network/telephone system debugging) to ensure the continuity of operation.
3. Employee welfare and cultural construction
- Plan monthly afternoon tea, holiday welfare distribution and corporate cultural activities (such as annual meeting and group building) to enhance employees' sense of belonging.
4. Comprehensive business travel services
- Establish travel policy standards and emergency plans.
- Manage the travel supplier system (hotel/airline/car rental)
- Provide visa processing support and immigration policy consultation.
- Monitor the rationality and compliance of travel expenses.
5. Responsibilities of operation service support
- Overall insurance management: docking suppliers' resources, handling insurance, coordinating insurance companies to handle claims, regularly evaluating the rationality of insurance coverage and promoting renewal of insurance.
- Screening qualified suppliers for the basic services of the store (cleaning, network/telephone installation and maintenance);
- Be responsible for the application and renewal of the copyright authorization of store background music to avoid legal risks.

Job Requirements
Proficient in the local national language, English can be used as the working language, and Chinese is preferred;
Bachelor degree or above, with 3 years of relevant working experience in administration, logistics and fixed assets management;
Strong adaptability, planning ability and problem-solving ability;
Strong expression skills, able to effectively communicate with external organizations such as government departments;
Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete tasks independently
