We are international company with a team of experts in the sphere of Marketing, Finance and Technology Services.

At the moment we are looking for a Back Office manager to join us.

About the Role:

Back Office manager provides administrative and managerial support for the staff working in the front office of a company. Back office is working behind the scenes without interacting with clients to ensure the smooth running of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase/maintenance of web server accounts, domains, ssl certificates;
• Filling in KYC/AML forms in accordance with legal regulations in the field of AML;
• Communication on the application of legal norms when concluding contracts with foreign contractors (EU countries, UK, Africa);
• Corporate bank accounts opening;
• Preparation of documents, document translation;
• Travel support for company's management (avia, hotels, accomodation bookings, visa support).

What we expect from a candidate:

• Fluent English (Upper Intermediate B2 and higher);
• Experience in international law and accounting is a plus;
• Previous experience at the similar position;
• Ability to work in multitasking area;
• Good communication skills;
• Responsible person.
