Content Engineer (AI Prompts & Agent Systems)

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Engineer to help design, organize, and maintain structured prompts, templates, and content for AI agents and LLM-powered applications.

You’ll bridge the gap between engineering and content design — working closely with developers, researchers, and product teams to make AI outputs consistent, safe, and on-brand.

This is a hands-on technical content role, not a marketing position — you should be comfortable using Git, contributing to CI pipelines, and maintaining content as code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and content frameworks for AI agents.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to test, evaluate, and optimize LLM responses.

• Manage content repositories using Git and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

• Document content workflows, standards, and versioning practices.

• Support localization, fine-tuning, and evaluation initiatives.

• Help ensure content consistency, safety, and performance across applications.

Requirements

• You must be outside the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus
• Strong understanding of AI prompts, structured content, and agent design.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI).
• Solid grasp of Markdown, JSON, and YAML formats.
• Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• (Bonus) Experience working with LLM frameworks or prompt evaluation tools.
