Мы в поиске Deployment engineer, владеющего разговорным английским.

Интервью будет проходить на английском языке.

Формат работы полностью удаленный.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software across various environments (on-premise and cloud).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application problems.
• Work independently on tasks, from investigation to resolution, with minimal supervision.
• Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Review and accept new software versions and patches
• Continuously learn new tools, systems, and best practices to stay current with evolving technology.

Required expertise and skills

• Background in telephony or VoIP systems.
• Strong experience with Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Docker and/or Podman
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Scripting skills in Python.
• Good understanding of networking and databases.
• Experience with automation/configuration tools like Ansible.
• Comfortable working in customer-facing support roles.
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes knowledge.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Basic understanding of machine learning workflows.
