Provide full administrative and organizational support to the executive
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas)
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive
Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including meeting agendas and minutes
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Support with personal tasks or errands, if required (by agreement)
Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role (minimum 2 years)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in Kazakh, Russian and English
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace is a plus
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
