This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or experienced professionals to apply their skills in real-world business automation. You’ll work with tools like Excel, SQL, Python, and Alteryx to help automate routine tasks in finance and tax teams (no deep finance and tax knowledge is required — just a willingness to learn the basics as you go).
What You will do
- Build and improve data workflows to automate tasks like data cleansing, mapping, calculations, and reporting.
- Manage Alteryx Gallery, including user access, workflow execution, and administrative imports.
- Upgrade Gallery versions, upload new workflows, and perform bug fixing to ensure platform stability.
- Test and validate workflow updates to ensure logic accuracy, data integrity, and performance efficiency.
- Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load data) processes using SQL, Alteryx — extract, transform, and load data from various sources into target systems.
- Monitor server and Virtual Machine performance, coordinate with regional IT for issue resolution, and provide Level 1 technical support for workflow or system incidents.
- Collect feedback from users and improve automation solutions.
- Present results to leadership and help train users on new tools.
- Support other automation initiatives as needed.
- Support other software procurement and risk management processes
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Economics/Finance graduates with solid IT skills
- Basic Python knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VBA and macros.
- Solid understanding of SQL and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Familiarity with Alteryx, SAP, or 1C is a plus.
- English level sufficient to explain issues and discuss solutions with regional IT team (calls, emails)
