Consultant

We are expanding our team in Almaty and looking for consultants with 2-5 years of experience in consulting (preferably in Big4) and fluent English.

What we do

Our team delivers planning and performance management solutions on Anaplan and Pigment across various business areas — from FP&A and finance to supply chain, marketing, sales, and HR. Each project is unique, giving you exposure to different industries and challenges. No Anaplan/Pigment knowledge required, we will provide full training.

Role & Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in consulting (any domain)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Client-facing experience

• Fluent English and Kazakh/Russian

• Willingness to learn Anaplan/Pigment and grow in a global environment

Position details

Location: On-site, Almaty (First 3-6 months Monday-Thursday required to be in the office, then only Tuesday, other days are optional)

Working hours: 16:00 – 01:00 (Almaty time) - we are working with NA clients, so we have shifted schedule.
