PLANS
Direct & coach the team to develop detailed, calendarized and actionable plans that will ensure completion of annual brand KPIs
EXECUTION
Direct & coach the team to come up with quality briefs, creative proposals & excellence in executions – in line with Brand/ Company’s standards & code of ethics, and working in partnership with other Departments
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Review and deep-dive into relative/ absolute performance of the brands (prices, sales, shares, profitability, awareness, image, competitive activity) to identify any necessary corrective actions.
TRENDS
Monitor in an open-minded way, local & global consumer/ business trends to embed them in Brand Strategies and further differentiate vs competition
TEAM
Recruit, develop, manage & motivate the team to ensure that each employee is of high standards, complies with Company’s policies and is offered a career path for his/her professional development
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL
Actively contribute to Company’s cross-functional initiatives. Build constructive relationships with other departments (Trade Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Purchasing, Legal, Operations, HR) to ensure smooth execution of the plans and contribute to Company’s positive mindset.
AGENCIES
Ensure proper briefing, direction/ feedback to partner agencies. Evaluate, together with the Purchasing team, the quality of our external agencies on an annual basis.
A&P BUDGET
Manage A&P expenditure on a regular basis to ensure conformity with the budget. Evaluate, on an on-going basis, A&P re-allocation among activities and/or brands.
BRAND Cos
Build and manage tight relationship with Brand Cos to ensure: alignment with Global Brand strategies, update of activities/performance in Russia, input from the Russian market into Global Strategies & Assets Development.
The Candidate
Higher Education preferably in Marketing / Business
10+ years’ experience in FMCG with successful people management experience
Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills. Team building spirit
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Strong self-engagement personality and exemplarity
