Job Brief
As an Incoming Specialist / Local Representative for the China market, you will help achieve the company’s goals by managing FIT, group, and MICE requests from China, developing sales channels, and expanding the partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming requests (FIT, Group, MICE) promptly and accurately, including itinerary planning, hotel booking, transfers, guiding, and excursions.
- Develop and strengthen sales channels, ensuring steady growth and monitoring monthly plan-vs-actual performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners (hotels, transport providers, guides, venues).
- Represent the company professionally at national and international B2B events.
- Create and present new tourism products and packages; conduct competitor and market analyses.
- Ensure client satisfaction through meet-and-greet coordination, on-ground support, and smooth departures.
- Execute company business strategies to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
- Participate in regular industry meetings and networking activities.
Professional Requirements
- Experience in the tourism sector is preferred.
- Chinese language proficiency: HSK 4 (B2) to HSK 5 (C1).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel for business, with strong organizational and presentation skills.
